1. Membership Agreement
By purchasing a membership at Fettle Fitness, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and all facility rules and regulations. Memberships are non-transferable and are for the sole use of the registered member.
2. Membership Plans & Payments
- All membership fees are due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days prior notice.
- A one-time registration fee may apply for new members.
- Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of membership privileges.
3. Cancellation & Freeze Policy
- Memberships can be cancelled with 15 days written notice.
- You may freeze your membership for up to 60 days per year at no additional charge.
- Refunds are processed on a pro-rata basis for annual memberships only.
4. Facility Rules
- Members must carry their membership ID at all times within the facility.
- Proper gym attire and footwear are mandatory.
- Equipment must be wiped down after use.
- Personal belongings should be stored in designated lockers.
- Fettle Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
5. Health & Safety
Members are advised to consult a physician before beginning any fitness program. Fettle Fitness and its trainers are not liable for injuries sustained during workouts. Members participate in all activities at their own risk.
6. Guest Policy
Guest passes are available based on your membership tier. All guests must sign a waiver and be accompanied by the member at all times.
7. Code of Conduct
Members are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards staff and fellow members. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
8. Modifications
Fettle Fitness reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-facility notices.
